Your questions
Another question? Write to us
Is it really free?
Yes. Olimo is paid for by estate agents, who only pay when you accept their proposal. You will never pay anything.
Who can see my profile?
Only estate agencies verified by our team. They see your first name, the initial of your surname and your criteria, never your contact details.
How will I be contacted?
Proposals arrive in your space. If one interests you, accept it and the agent calls or emails you, as you choose.
How long does my search stay online?
30 days for a rental, 60 days for a purchase. Before it ends, we ask whether you are still looking: one click extends it.
Do I need to send documents?
No. You simply declare your situation, with no supporting documents at this stage.
Is Olimo available in my town?
You can post a search anywhere in France. We are launching in Bordeaux: if no partner agency is active in your area yet, we tell you as soon as you create your profile.
Your next home may already be looking for you.
Describe your project in two minutes. The agents do the rest.
